Sales Agreement
MEMBERSHIP AND GENERAL SALES CONDITIONS (SALES AGREEMENT)
İşbu metin, bidolureyon.com alan adlı internet sitesi / platformu üzerinden sunulan ürün ve hizmetlerin satışına ilişkin genel koşulları ve varsa üyelik ilişkisini düzenler.
ARTICLE 1 – PARTIES AND DEFINITIONS
1.1. “SELLER” or “Platform Operator”: BidoluReyon, adres: Esenler Mah. Girne Cad. No:48/A Pendik-İstanbul.
1.2. “BUYER / MEMBER / User”: Real or legal person who accesses the site or creates a membership or places an order.
1.3. “site”: bidolureyon.com üzerinden yürütülen elektronik ticaret ortamı.
ARTICLE 2 – SCOPE OF THE CONTRACT
These conditions apply to all products and services offered on the site. Special campaign, gift voucher or contract provisions are additional, unless they contradict this text.
ARTICLE 3 – MEMBERSHIP
3.1. Membership is created by providing accurate and up-to-date information. Password security belongs to the user.
3.2. In cases of false or misleading information, suspicion of fraud or illegal use, the SELLER reserves the right to suspend or terminate the membership.
ARTICLE 4 – ORDER AND PRICE
4.1. The prices on the site are current prices at the time of ordering; In case of obvious error (obvious mistake), the SELLER has the right to cancel or correct the order.
4.2. Order cancellation or alternative presentation is possible for products that are not in stock; BUYER is informed.
ARTICLE 5 – PAYMENT AND INVOICE
Payment is made through the methods offered on the site. The invoice / electronic document issued in accordance with legal regulations is created according to the declared information.
ARTICLE 6 – DELIVERY AND CARGO
Delivery and shipping rules are determined by the "Cargo and Return Agreement" and the information shown during the order.
ARTICLE 7 – WITHDRAWAL, CANCELLATION AND REFUND
The right of withdrawal and refund processes are subject to Law No. 6502 and the "Refund and Return Policy".
ARTICLE 8 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The brand, logo, design, software and content on the site belong to the SELLER or its licensors; cannot be copied without permission.
ARTICLE 9 – RESPONSIBILITY
SELLER cannot be held responsible for direct damage, indirect damage and loss of profit due to force majeure, service interruptions of third parties or user-related errors; Mandatory provisions of the legislation are reserved.
ARTICLE 10 – PERSONAL DATA
KVKK disclosure text and relevant policies are applied.
ARTICLE 11 – AMENDMENTS
SELLER may update these conditions in accordance with the applicable legislation. The current text becomes valid on the date it is published on the site; Ongoing orders may be subject to previous terms.
ARTICLE 12 – APPLICABLE LAW AND AUTHORITY
Turkish law applies. Consumer courts and arbitration committees are authorized in consumer transactions.
