SHIPPING AND RETURN AGREEMENT
This text determines the principles regarding the shipping, delivery and return processes for orders placed through BidoluReyon (“SELLER”).
ARTICLE 1 – CARGO AND DELIVERY
1.1. Orders are sent to the delivery address specified by the BUYER through the SELLER's contracted cargo company or equivalent service provider.
1.2. Delivery time is limited to the time stated on the product page and in the order summary; The BUYER is informed in case of stock shortage or production delay.
1.3. Shipping cost is clearly displayed in the pre-order cart and checkout steps; Subject to free shipping campaign conditions.
ARTICLE 2 – MOMENT OF DELIVERY AND ACCEPTANCE
2.1. Delivery is deemed completed when the product is delivered to the BUYER or the authorized person at the address indicated by the BUYER.
2.2. If there is any suspicion of packaging damage or missing product upon delivery, it is recommended to prepare a report in the presence of the cargo officer and notify the SELLER immediately.
ARTICLE 3 – RETURN SHIPPING
3.1. Within the scope of the right of withdrawal or return, the product is sent to the return address provided by the SELLER.
3.2. Adding the order number and contact information in return shipments speeds up the process.
ARTICLE 4 – DAMAGE AND LOSS
In cases of damage or loss occurring during the shipping process, the carrier and insurance conditions and the SELLER's obligations are determined according to legislation and agreements; It is essential for the BUYER to notify within due time.
ARTICLE 5 – OTHER PROVISIONS
For the right of withdrawal and refund, the provisions of the "Refund and Return Policy" and the Distance Selling Agreement apply.
